Each individual Named Host has the ability to host a meeting with up to 100 total attendees on the Adobe Connect platform. Named Hosts may create an unlimited number of meeting rooms; however, the Named Host can only use one of their rooms at any one time. Rooms cannot be accessed unless the Named Host is present. Named Hosts must be individuals, not groups or generic logins, and a Named Host license cannot be shared between more than one individual.
Shared Webinar Room
Shared Webinar Rooms come in capacities of 500, 1,000, or 1,500 on the Adobe Connect hosted platform. This model is based on concurrent meeting capacity on the URL at any one time, and a designated Seminar Room Host must be present in the room for the room to be accessed.
Named Webinar Manager
Named Webinar Manager Licenses come in capacities of 500, 1,000, or 1,500 on the Adobe Connect hosted platform. Only one meeting can take place in a seminar room at any given time, and the Named Webinar Manager must be present in the room for the room to be accessed. Named Webinar Managers must be individuals, not groups or generic logins, and a Named Webinar Manager license cannot be shared by more than one individual.
Named Virtual Classroom Manager
Named Virtual Classroom Manager licenses have a capacity of 200 on the Adobe Connect hosted platform. Only one meeting can take place in a virtual classroom at any given time, and the Virtual Classroom Manager must be present in the room for the room to be accessed. Named Virtual Classroom Managers must be individuals, not groups or generic logins, and a Named Virtual Classroom Manager license cannot be shared by more than one individual.
Adobe Connect Training Concurrent Learner: The number or Concurrent Learners is the total number of individual learners that can access training curriculum and courses on the system at one time.
The Content Publisher provides an individual named author with rights to publish to the Adobe Connect Hosted platform; includes management, delivery, and reporting functionality. Content can be published from Adobe Presenter, Adobe Captivate, or other authoring tools.
Adobe® Captivate ® software allows the license holder to rapidly author a wide range of interactive E-Learning and HTML5 based E-Learning content. Including, but not limited to, the ability to easily create product demos in HD, application simulations, and soft skills or compliance training. Import MS PowerPoint slides and enrich with multimedia, interactive elements and quizzes.
Adobe Presenter software, a plug-in for Microsoft® PowerPoint, allows the license holder to convert PowerPoint slides into rich media presentations and eLearning content – specifically, add voice narrations or video, create self-running presentations that can be hosted online, or track the progress of your learners, by including feedback forms, surveys, and interactive quizzes.
Note: to publish to the shared content section of a Connect site, Content Publisher license is required.

- Delivery of the software requires the purchase of the Media Download
- The perpetual license only allows the client access to the current version of the product at time of purchase and does not include subsequent upgrades. The client must opt to purchase the Maintenance and Support that will cover them for all upgrades within the term of their agreement or choose to upgrade at the time of product release for a higher cost.
- The Presenter M&S pricing may vary, but can be budgeting as 20% of the cost of the Presenter license purchase.
Presenter Maintenance and Support
First year annual bundled maintenance and support plan for Adobe Presenter. This M&S plan includes any upgrades and maintenance for the like of the agreement.
5,000 Minute Burst Pack
Overage minutes for Adobe Connect: 5,000 pre-paid overage minutes providing up to five times your licensed capacity*. Overage minute usage is based on meeting minutes for additional participants (beyond licensed seats or capacity). Overage minutes can be applied toward Concurrent User meetings or Named Host meetings (Seminar Rooms and training not included).
