Live Conference Manager lets you manage your calls with a robust, fully-featured, browser-based (no software or downloads required), real-time online dashboard.

- Manage host/speaker pre-conference sub-conference (green room).
- Monitor and manage participants on hold with music prior to call beginning.
- Manage sub-conference room(s) to assist participants needing help.

Managing a Live Conference Call
When there is at least one caller connected into the conference bridge, the Live Conference tab displays a caller list along with controls and participant status.
Managing a Question & Answer Session
LCM makes it easy for you to manage a question and answer session during your conference calls. The lead operator provides instructions to participants on how to queue up. Callers who “raise their hands” are entered into a queue in chronological order, allowing the operator to call on each in succession, un-muting one caller at a time to ask a question. This provides an orderly process for participants to comment or ask questions.
You have the option of picking a specific caller (that is, bypass the chronological order) by selecting a different caller in the drop-down selection box at that top. (Click in the selection box displaying Sally’s name, then select a different person from the list.) Note that you can click on the Hands column header to sort the active caller table by the Raised Hand order.
