Are any of the Enterprise (E1,E3,E5) plans deployed? If so how many?
Are any of the M365 Small Business Plans deployed? If so how many?
Are any Phone System licenses available, either as standalone of part of E5 or Business Voice
How do you procure your O365 licensing if Phone System or other dependencies shall be required
Is Teams already deployed? If so, what co-existence mode is set for users? TeamsOnly, Islands, SfBWithTeamsCollabAndMeetings, SfBWithTeamsCollab, SfBOnly
Is Lync/Skype for Business Server deployed? If so, is Teams already deployed in Hybrid?
Is Azure Active Directory Connect synchronization & Multi-Factor Authentication setup today?
How many users are in scope of initial pilot?
How many users are in scope of full global deployment?
What countries are users requiring Teams Phone System located in?
Is integration to an existing PBX required for co-existence or shall users be serviced only by Teams for phone functionality after enablement?
Do Call Queues / Auto Attendant exist in incumbent PBX and are these required to be mirrored into Teams?
Do you require existing phone numbers to be ported across or will users be assigned new numbers? Please note number porting requires a minimum of 30 business days
How would you prefer to Intrado access to your Tenancy and/or on-premise infrastructure? Remote session support with O365 Admin running point with Intrado assistance or Intrado Teams Architect having direct supervised and audited access?
Are Headsets or USB audio devices are deployed today? If so, what vendors and models?
Are there any dials plans in place today from Microsoft or any other Direct Routing Partners?
Is Lync/Skype for Business Server and Exchange Server deployed? If so, is Teams already deployed in Hybrid?
Will all user/ end points need voicemail services?
